1. Sign in to your ShopRunner account.
2. Select Orders.
3. Select View Details
4. Select Print Return Label next to the order.
If no button to print your label is visible, that means the store handles returns directly. In such a case, please contact the store directly.
Your ShopRunner membership covers shipping fees on all eligible returns.
If you are trying to print additional labels for an order that has already had a return, please contact us and we would be happy to issue additional labels with unique tracking numbers. Please do not reuse or print multiples of the same label.
While ShopRunner can provide a free return label, the store's return policy is the final say in whether or not they'll accept an order. For example they may only accept returns for a certain number of days, or they may not accept final sale or clearance items. To confirm, you may want to contact the store directly.
