Returns should always be sent to the store from which they were purchased, and never to ShopRunner's headquarters.
Whenever you receive an order placed through ShopRunner, there are two ways in which you can return:
1. Use the return label in your package by the store.
2. Download a prepaid return label from our website. To see return policies and instructions for all of our partners, click here.
To download the return label from our website, please follow these steps:
- Sign into your ShopRunner account.
- Click “My Account” in the top right corner of the screen.
- From the drop-down, click “Orders.”
- Click “View Order Details" next to the order in question.
- On the right side of the page, you'll see Return Info.
If ShopRunner handles the return, you will see a red "Return Items" button. Click this.
If there is no button, that means the store handles the return on their site.
If you are trying to print additional labels for an order that has already had a return, please contact us and we would be happy to issue additional labels with unique tracking numbers. Please do not reuse or print multiples of the same label.
Please note: We have noticed some issues printing labels from older versions of Internet Explorer and Edge. Please use a different browser or contact us for further assistance.
While ShopRunner can provide a free return label, the store's return policy is the final say in whether or not they'll accept an order. For example they may only accept returns for a certain number of days, or they may not accept final sale or clearance items. To confirm, you may want to contact the store directly.
