All ShopRunner orders can be tracked once the order is confirmed by the retailer. Non-ShopRunner orders can be tracked by connecting your Gmail account to your ShopRunner account. Items displayed on the order list screen without the ShopRunner logo can be identified as non-ShopRunner orders.
