Once your order has shipped, you should receive an email from the retailer with your tracking details. Tracking details shared with ShopRunner by the retailer can also be viewed in your account on shoprunner.com.
To view your order status or tracking details, please follow these steps:
- Sign into your ShopRunner account.
- Click "My Account" in the top right corner of the screen.
- From the drop-down menu, click "Orders."
- Click "View Order Details" next to the item you purchased.
If tracking details are not listed, please try these steps:
- Copy the order number listed under "Orders."
- Visit the retailer's website.
- Search using your order number. You may need to enter your email address and billing zip code, or sign into your store account to view your order information.
