When you place an order on a retailer's website using your ShopRunner benefits, the original payment and refund are processed directly by that retailer.
Returns should always be shipped back to the store from which you purchased. Once your return has been processed by the retailer, refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method unless otherwise noted in the retailer's return policy.
If you return an order and do not see the refund within 10 business days, please contact the store directly for further assistance.
