How can I track my order?

To view your order status or tracking, please follow these steps:


  1. Sign into your ShopRunner account.
  2. Click “My Account” in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. From the drop-down, click “Orders.”
  4. Click “Track Order” next to the item you purchased.


If tracking information is not listed, you may also try these steps:


  1. Copy your Order Number.
  2. Go to the retailer’s website.
  3. Search by that order number, email address used to sign up with ShopRunner and/or the billing or shipping zip code depending on the retailer’s request.
