To view your order status or tracking, please follow these steps:
- Sign into your ShopRunner account.
- Click “My Account” in the top right corner of the screen.
- From the drop-down, click “Orders.”
- Click “Track Order” next to the item you purchased.
If tracking information is not listed, you may also try these steps:
- Copy your Order Number.
- Go to the retailer’s website.
- Search by that order number, email address used to sign up with ShopRunner and/or the billing or shipping zip code depending on the retailer’s request.
