What is it?
Same-Day Delivery is available to customers that shop participating stores using eligible shipping addresses. When you place your order online, the zip code of your shipping address will determine if your order is eligible for Same-Day Delivery.
How does it work?
Simply place your order online by the suggested cutoff time. Your order is picked and packed at the store. A courier is then requested and assigned to your order. The driver will then pick up your order from the store and deliver it to your address. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
When do you offer Same-Day Delivery?
You can place an order for Same Day Delivery before 1 PM, seven days a week, excluding some holidays. We are not offering Same Day Delivery on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
What are the cutoff times?
For Saks Fifth Avenue customers in Manhattan, orders must be placed by 1pm EST Mon-Sat and 11am EST on Sundays. Orders are then delivered between 5pm and 8pm, every day.
For David Yurman customers in Manhattan, orders must be placed by 11:30am EST Mon-Sat and 11am EST on Sundays. Orders are then delivered between 3:30pm and 5:30pm, every day.
What if I miss the cutoff time?
Orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered the next day during the same delivery window.

DAVID YURMAN- $15
Who delivers the package?
Same Day orders will be delivered by a local courier/delivery service such as DoorDash.
What if I miss the cutoff time?
If you miss the cutoff time for Same-Day Delivery, your order will come the following day between 5 PM and 8 PM.
Oops, I entered the wrong address!
You can email samedaysupport@shoprunner.com for customer service assistance. If the change in address is still within the Same-Day Delivery zone, we can update this information for you. Please include your full name, order number, and the updated address.
I need to cancel my order.
Please contact samedaysupport@shoprunner.com to cancel your order. It can be canceled if it isn’t already en route.
My package has been ready all day. Why hasn't it been delivered?
All orders are delivered between 5pm-8pm, depending on the brand. If the order is placed after the cutoff time, it will be delivered within the delivery window on the next day
I need to receive my order tomorrow instead.
If your order is already scheduled to be delivered today, please contact samedaysupport@shoprunner.com before 4 PM EST to change your delivery time. If you have yet to place your order, please wait until after 1 PM EST to complete your purchase so your order will be scheduled for delivery the next day.
Can I change the time of delivery?
Please email samedaysupport@shoprunner.com with your request and include your full name, order number, and the change requested. Our Customer Support team will do their best to accommodate your request.
Can I add delivery instructions to the delivery?
Please email samedaysupport@shoprunner.com for assistance, and include your full name, order number, and the updated address. If the order has not been picked up by the courier, we can update the delivery instructions.
Can my order be sent with a different courier?
At this time, we are not able to change the delivery courier on any order. If you would like to cancel your order, please email samedaysupport@shoprunner.com for assistance and include your full name and order number.
What if my delivery failed?/When will I get my order?
A delivery failure is rare but can happen when the courier fails to find the delivery address, is unable to contact the customer, or due to an emergency during transit. Our Customer Support team will work to get the order delivered to you. If the package is lost in transit, we will begin the refund process with the brand.
My items were damaged/had the sensor attached to them
If your items arrived damaged or the items have a security sensor attached, please contact the brand directly for further assistance.
I received the incorrect item(s).
If you received the incorrect item(s) in your order, you would have to contact the store directly for further assistance.
What if my package was lost?/Who processes a refund?
If your package was lost, we can initiate a refund request for the brand to process a refund. The brand processes all refunds directly for the customer
How do I return my order?
SAKS FIFTH AVENUE- You can either (1) return directly to the store or (2) request a return label from ShopRunner to send the items back for free if you are a ShopRunner member or (3) request a return label from Saks Fifth Avenue
DAVID YURMAN- You can either (1) return directly to the store or (2) request a return label from David Yurman
